From the high investment amounts alone around Breitscheidplatz it can be deduced: City West is celebrating a renaissance, and the Lenzhaus at Kurfu\u0308rstenstra\u00dfe is right there in the middle of it all. It is located in a district that surprises and excites year after year with new superlatives.<\/span><\/h4>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text animation=”grve-fade-in”]<\/p>\n

Kurfu\u0308rstendamm with over 400 openings has thoroughly cleaned up its dusty image: In 2013, at Berlin Zoological Garden Station, the 180-m \u201cZoofenster\u201d Tower opened, housing, amongst others, the only Waldorf- Astoria hotel outside of New York City. Right next to it in the Upper West Tower alone with a total floor space of 44,000 m2 [473,612 f2] office space of 20,500 m2 [220,660 ft2] was created. The largest hotel of Motel One Group will occupy eighteen of the thirty-four floors. Also the revived Bikini Berlin at Budapester Stra\u00dfe, the 25hour Hotel with the Monkey Bar and the Zoom attract new customers with a mix of retail and office space. Last but not least Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, completely renovated from top to bottom.
\nBerlin’s West is more popular than ever. In the heart of this vibrating environment an entrepreneurial spirit is palpable. The successful mix of retail and office space enhances the urban flair of City West, an up-and- coming district. The newly created office space in an exceptional prime location is sought-after. Renowned companies such as McKinsey, WeWork, GO\u0308RG and other large law firms have already decided on establishing their presence in the old new West.<\/p>\n
